We are a company specializing in the design and manufacturing of eco-friendly clothing and accessories.

Our primary mission is to create our entire product range using recycled materials or natural fibers. We mainly use REPREVE®-certified fibers, made from recycled polyester, and SORONA®-certified fibers, derived from corn. Job Description

ORAKI INC. is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its team in Montreal. The customer service representative provides impeccable service to all requests received via email only.

The customer service representative supports the organization’s efforts to ensure customer satisfaction by providing and processing information related to inquiries, concerns, and questions about products and services while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.

This is a full-time, permanent position from Monday to Friday.


Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact between us and our customers via email.

Identify customer needs and respond accordingly while following established processes.

Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure all customer needs are considered and align with brand guidelines.

Maintain knowledge of order management procedures, customer marketing programs, as well as company policies and products.

Provide a personalized customer experience to foster brand loyalty.

Handle returns, refunds, and product inspections.

Support the logistics manager.


Ideal Candidate Profile

College diploma in business administration (an asset).

One (1) year of customer service experience (fashion industry experience is a plus).

Bilingual (spoken and written English required).

Comfortable using email-based communication and working on a computer.

Strong customer service skills, decision-making abilities, and ability to meet deadlines.

Shows initiative, dedication, and commitment to the brand.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Organized and methodical.
