We hope you love our products as much as we do! However, if this is not the case and you wish to return your order, our returns procedure is as simple as ever!

Whether you are in Canada, you have the option of returning items within 14 days following receipt of your order. The form and shipping must be completed within this period. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags still attached. You can complete the returns form on our returns platform.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. Returning an item that does not comply with our policy will also incur a $10.00 plus taxes shipping fee, as we will ship these items back to you.

So that we can trace your return, we ask that you include the correct order paper and leave your contact details on the package. No other paper is required (you don't need to print anything).

We recommend reusing the ORAKI packaging bag, but any other type of packaging is accepted. You can reseal the original bag using the adhesive strip inside the opening. Don't forget to remove any old shipping labels. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with our policy.

 

Please visit a shipping center of your choice to send the item.

 

IMPORTANT: ** It is essential to always take a tracking number. If you do not take a tracking number, ORAKI and Canada Post will not be able to trace the package in the event of loss. Consequently, if this package is lost, ORAKI or the carrier will not be able to provide a refund.

**Christmas policy: all orders placed from November 15, and received by January 2, are eligible for a return until 'to January 15. Therefore, the normal 14-days procedure resumes for orders received from January 3.

***All refunds may take up to 10 working days to be received and confirmed in your payment method. Once we have issued a refund, it is not possible to cancel it.

Drop-off hours:

Instructions:

• Please place your package in the designated drop-off box at the entrance to our offices. Please include your order slip inside the package and write your contact information on the package.
• Write down your order number and sign the drop-off sheet.
• Please note that no staff members will be available on-site to process returns or answer questions.

Refund timelines remain unchanged:

• Return processing may take up to 14 business days.
• Once a refund has been issued, it cannot be reversed.
