Refund Policy

 

We hope you love the products as much as we do! However, if you don't and would like to return your order, our returns process is as simple as it gets!

 

Whether you're in Canada or internationally, you can return unworn, unwashed or manufacturer-defect, items with all tags still attached up to 14 days after receiving your order.

 

You can return them in the original packaging thanks to the adhesive strip on the inside of the bag's fold. Simply place the original order form and the product you wish to return in the bag. Don't forget to remove all old shipping labels. Please note that the ORAKI bag is suggested for reusability, but any type of packaging is accepted.

 

IMPORTANT: **Add your original order form to the parcel.

 

Then fill in the returns form on our returns platform..

 

Upon approval of your return, please return the package to the carrier within 7 days of your request. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with our return policy or deadlines.

 

To do so, please visit a shipping center. You are responsible for paying the shipping charges on a return, and the cashier will tag the item. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Please keep your tracking number.

 

IMPORTANT: ** It is important to always take a tracking number. If you do not take a tracking number, it will not be possible for ORAKI, Canada Post or another carrier to trace the package. Therefore, if this package is lost, ORAKI or the carrier will not be able to issue a refund.

** Due to a high volume of orders, we are no longer accepting exchanges as of January 11, 2022. You will have the option of a refund or a credit note. If you choose to receive a credit note, we'll send you a promo code for the next free delivery.
