With every purchase at ORAKI, Ecopoints automatically accumulate through the email address used on the order. We recommend using the same email for each purchase.

If you haven't already, you must first create an ORAKI account on the website using the email address you use for your purchases. The Ecopoints accumulated will be automatically linked to this account.

Then, you can access the "Brigade" (crown tab at the bottom of the page), and exchange your points for discount codes to apply to a future order.

We do not merge ORAKI accounts. We recommend using a single email address for all your purchases.

If you did not apply your discount when you placed your order, we will not be able to add it afterwards. We want to intervene as little as possible in Ecopoint exchanges.

It is possible to return an item purchased with your Ecopoints. However, for the points to be refunded, the entire order must be returned. In the case of a partial return, the points will not be refunded.

We'll give you 300 Ecopoints on your birthday! However, the date must be entered into your ORAKI account at least 30 days in advance, without exception.
