JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Digital Advertising Manager to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for designing, writing, publishing, and optimizing digital advertisements across various platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop detailed advertising plans aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and recommend effective advertising tactics based on overall strategy and allocated budget.
  • Establish campaign budgets and schedules, considering priorities and opportunities.
  • Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Set up and configure advertising accounts and performance analysis tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Configure conversion actions via Google Tag Manager and Meta and ensure proper tracking.
  • Define the parameters for creating advertising content in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Ensure smooth campaign launches and monitor their real-time performance.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce detailed reports on campaign results.
  • Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Test and implement new advertising approaches to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, consulting) to ensure clarity and consistency in campaigns.
  • Stay updated on advertising trends, new platform features, and industry best practices.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • University degree in information technology, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role managing advertising campaigns (other combinations of education and experience may be considered).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.) and advertising management tools.
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, remarketing, and audience targeting principles.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Team spirit and a sense of innovation.
  • High level of autonomy and rigor.
