How to return the products?

** Due to a high volume of orders, we no longer accept any exchanges since January 11, 2022. You will have the option of being reimbursed or receiving a credit note. If you choose to receive a credit note, we will send you a promo code in order to have the next free delivery.

Complete the return form on our website

We hope you love the products as much as we do! However, if this is not the case and you wish to return your order, our return process is as simple as it gets! You can return unworn, unwashed or defective items with all tags still attached up to 14 days after receiving your order. You can return them in the original packaging thanks to the adhesive strip that is inside the fold of the bag. All you have to do is place the original order form and the product you want to return in the bag and then drop it off with the carrier!

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

 

Orders from Canada:Nothing is easier than returning your order! Just follow the next steps.

Place all unwashed and unworn items to be returned with tags still attached in the original bag or box and remove all old shipping tags.

IMPORTANT: **Add your original purchase order in the package. It is important to always take a tracking number**

If you do not take a tracking number, it will not be possible for Oraki, Canada Post or another carrier to trace the package. Therefore, if this package is lost, Oraki or the carrier will not be able to make an exchange or refund.

International orders:Nothing is easier than returning your order! Just follow the next steps. Return shipping is at your expense.

Fill out the returns form on our website

We hope you will love the products as much as we do! However, if you do not and you want to return your order, our returns process is extremely easy. Return items that have not been worn or washed or that have a manufacturing defect with all labels still attached up to 14 days after placing your order. You can return them in their original packaging using the adhesive strip inside the fold of the bag. Simply place the returns form and the product you want to return in the bag then give it to the carrier.

You are responsible for paying shipping fees for returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For an exchange, we will send you the right product at no additional cost. Once we receive your return, it will take up to 14 business days to process it. As soon as your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that we have processed a reimbursement according to your initial payment method.

Note: We do not refund shipping fees for your initial order, as applicable.

IMPORTANT: Without a tracking number, ORAKI, Canada Post or another carrier will be unable to track the package. Consequently, if the package is lost, ORAKI or the carrier will be unable to provide an exchange or refund.
